Hikarazine™ represents a patented class of bioluminescent pro-substrates (commonly referred to as pro-luciferins), specifically designed for use with luciferase enzymes derived from Oplophorus gracilirostris.
The sample box contains 0,1mg of Hikarazine™ Z-103 & 0,1mg of Hikarazine™ Z-108, enabling you to test both and choose the substrate that best suits your needs.Depending on the bioluminescence assay and protocol, 0,1 mg of Hikarazine™ can be used for:
- 250 to 300 bioluminescence immunoassays
- 75 to 150 cell-based assays
- Up to 2 in vivo assays in small animals
